Peak Fitness in Shawnee offers group classes for a variety of fitness levels. Whether you want a break from the weights, looking for like-minded-folks, or just want a change-up in the routine, we offer fitness classes on a daily basis.

Meet Our Peak Fitness Class Trainers

NICOLE, GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Nicole is a true Okie, as she has lived in Oklahoma her entire life. Nicole’s passion for weight lifting started at the age of 17, and she has made fitness a critical part of her lifestyle ever since. She is fascinated by the human body and its ability to transform based on daily habits. Nicole attended her first H.E.A.T™ class in October 2019, and fell in love with the format. The class combines low weight/high repetition movements, mixed with cardio to fun and heart-thumping music!

Her passion for fitness, H.E.A.T™, and helping people led her to become a certified instructor in April 2020, and she started teaching in September at Peak Fitness. Her classes are fun, energetic, and encouraging….sharing messages of strength, focus, community and steadfast commitment. Nicole attended the University of Central Oklahoma for her undergraduate degree, and received a Master’s in Human Relations from Oklahoma University. She found her niche in the aviation sector, serving as an HR professional for the federal government. When Nicole isn’t busy managing HR, teaching classes or lifting weights, she enjoys spending time with her sweet husband and cheering on their four incredible children at their various sporting activities!
