Our approach is to set you up with a plan that will align your habits, nutrition, and fitness with the goals you want to achieve. CHRIS GABEAU, CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Fitness Certifications: ISSA CPT, ISSA Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, ISSA Youth Fitness Trainer

BIO: Chris Gabeau was raised in Meeker, Oklahoma, married to his high school sweetheart, with two wonderful daughters! Chris has always been into fitness ,from high school only weighing 145 pounds and powerlifting at 310 pounds. That was the start of something great! Chris , took martial arts for 16 years, receiving 2nd black belt in Taekwondo and also a black bet in Hapkido. Chris went to OSU, were he graduated in Police Science. Chris started his police officer career in 1999 for OCPD. Chris ended up in Special Investigations/ Inspector rank Chris started being a certified personal trainer in 2015 and gained Strength and Conditioning certification 2016 and Youth Fitness certification 2017 including personal 20 years of experience in Fitness!

JAMIE ROBERTS, CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Fitness Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Dietetics. ACSM Exercise Physiologist Certified, Precision Nutrition 1 Certified Nutrition Coach, CSCS Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach.

BIO: Jamie has been involved in sports since the young age of 7, which instilled a love of being healthy. Injuries caused her to step away from Track and Volleyball in High school. But, still wanting to be healthy, she turned towards the weight room. Jamie has been actively lifting and learning for the past ten years. During this time she also returned to running and began running in 5ks,10ks, and a half marathon. Jamie graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with degrees in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science Management and Dietetics.

Jamie is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist, who is qualified to help improve the health of the general population as well as special populations. Such as those with heart disease, pulmonary disease, and diabetes.

Jamie’s goal is to improve the overall health of our community, help her clients learn proper health and fitness techniques, and how to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.

KIMBERLIN,CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Fitness Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Kinesiology/NASM Certified Personal Trainer/NASM Nutrition Certified/NASM Weight Loss Specialist

BIO: Originally from the SWOK area, Kimberlin moved to Shawnee in 2020 after returning home from overseas deployments to Iraq and Kuwait. Kimberlin grew up playing softball and basketball, but learned to love the weight room soon after starting college. Since then she has been dedicated to bettering herself in both endurance training (running) and powerlifting.
Kimberlin’s drive for fitness is derived from a passion of always wanting to be better and always wanting to help others around her become better. As a trainer, her ultimate end goal is to help as many members of her community to become more confident in the gym and more confident in their own skin.
Outside of the gym you can most likely catch her hiking, skiing, at the lake, hanging out with her dogs, or just spending time with friends and family. She loves meeting new people, so if you ever do see her out and about feel free to join the hike or even just give a quick hello!

KELLIE BIERD,CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Fitness Education and Certifications: NASM-CPT, NASM-CNC, NASM-WLS, NASM-SFS

BIO: I was born to a couple that loves to run. Throughout my childhood I struggled with running or enjoying sports and after years of unhealthy dieting and lack of exercise I developed health issues.
I turned to the gym for answers and started weight training as a way to learn to heal and strengthen my body and my mind and fell in love with how the human body works and how you have the power to mold it.
Loosing over 60lbs, gaining lean body mass, and controlling high blood pressure are only a few of my personal victories. This fueled my desire to help others on their fitness journey by helping build physical and mental strength. I have so much love and admiration for the human body’s capabilities and my devotion to you is to help you on your fitness journey no matter the goal!
Outside of the gym my favorite things to do are spend time with my husband and our son, trying new makeup styles, reading and hanging out with my friends and family!
